Newmark announces the Company has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent at One York Street, a newly constructed, 87,000-square-foot commercial property in Brooklyn, New York. Newmark Executive Managing Director Justin DiMare, in cooperation with Executing Managing Director Ross Kaplan, are leading the assignment on behalf of new ownership.
