Newmark is pleased to announce that it has arranged a $53.5 million loan on behalf of Reich Brothers to finance a 650,000+ square-foot industrial facility occupied by Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL. Blue Origin, a leading aerospace manufacturer and spaceflight company, which has a large presence in the market. The financing was secured by Vice Chairman Christopher Kramer and Director Chris Lozinak, in collaboration with Co-President of Global Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub. Loancore provided the funding.
Located adjacent to Huntsville International Airport and along Interstate 565, the property benefits from strong connectivity throughout the entire region. The asset serves as one of the BE-4 engine testing and manufacturing facilities for Blue Origin and houses over $5B in contracted work from private companies to the U.S. Government.
