Newmark announces the Company has hired James Wilber, a multifamily investment sales veteran with extensive experience advising institutional investors, owners and developers across the Southeast and throughout the United States, as a Senior Managing Director in its Atlanta office.
Over the course of his career, Wilber has completed more than 250 transactions totaling approximately $10 billion in volume, establishing a strong track record in multifamily investment sales and capital markets advisory.

His addition expands the firm’s multifamily advisory capabilities in Atlanta while further extending Newmark’s reach across one of the country’s most active investment markets.
