Lindsey is a Partner in Newmark’s UK Valuation team, bringing over 25 year’ of experience across a wide range of asset classes. Known for her commercial approach, problem solving skills and commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients, she brings deep market knowledge and strong technical expertise to every instruction.
Lindsey began her career with a major London practice before moving into a regional role, followed by six years at BNP Paribas prior to joining Newmark. Her experience spans traditional commercial sectors such as office, retail and industrial, as well as residential development. In recent years, her work has focused on the living sectors, including PBSA (PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), PRS/BTR (Private Rented Sector / Build to Rent), residential investment blocks, co living and residential development, predominantly for loan security purposes. She also undertakes commercial valuations with a regional emphasis.
Her core geographic focus covers the Regional UK markets, particularly the Home Counties, London fringe and the southern Midlands.
