A RICS Registered Valuer and qualified Expert Witness, Dan provides valuation advice primarily for secured lending and internal reporting purposes. His geographic focus spans the Regional UK markets, with particular emphasis on the Home Counties, East of England and the London fringe. His core expertise includes residential development, residential investment and commercial investment assets.
