Chloe is an Associate within the Planning and Development team. She is primarily responsible for providing advice on planning issues, liaising with and instructing other members of multi-disciplinary teams, negotiating with planning officers, preparing, submitting and monitoring applications, reviewing planning conditions and advising in respect of S106 matters.
A chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Chloe has multiple years of experience providing planning advise to leading UK and international owners, developers, investors, and occupiers across Central London.
With expertise on a range of projects including the delivery of new development proposals and the preparation of applications for changes of use, alterations and extensions, she is experienced in advising clients on residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.
Particular expertise includes advising on the development of masterplans, having been part of the team advising on the regeneration of major flagship sites such as the BBC Television Centre and Greenwich Millennium Village. Chloe also provides advice to several Central London Estates, notably the Cadogan Estate, helping them to deliver their long-term strategic objectives.
She is experienced across both Central and Outer London but have specific experience in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, City of London and Southwark where she has well-established connections with officers. These strong relationships are particularly important as they allow her to proactively engage with officers early on in projects on behalf of her clients.
