With over two decades in the Retail Property Valuation industry, she has a wealth of retail property knowledge, with a particular focus on shopping centres, designer shopping outlets, retail parks, leisure parks, mixed-use developments and high street retail.
Cara is a RICS Registered Valuer and provides valuation advice primarily for lending and financial reporting purposes, bringing clarity to complex assets and navigating the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
