Angus is a Partner in Newmark’s Capital Markets team based in our London (West End) office. He has decades of experience in the UK investment market and is largely focussed on the office and science/research sectors in the key regional centres. Angus advises a wide spectrum of clients on prime, core and value add opportunities.
His experience spans largely office and science/research sectors in the acquisition, disposal and development funding of investment opportunities. These include both high profile city centre and out of town business park properties in Greater London, South East and the major Big 6 regional centres including Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. He has also spent a significant amount of time advising clients in the Oxford and Cambridge markets.

- Local Authorities - Responsible for approx. £200m of industrial and office investment with Runnymede BC in Staines, Egham, Chertsey, Milton Keynes and Chiswick Advisory work on existing property portfolios for Oxford City and Oxford County Councils
