London, (14th August 2025) - Newmark announces it has advised ICG on its acquisition of Regional and City Airports (RCA) who operate Bournemouth, Norwich and Exeter Airports, as well as XLR Executive Jet Centres. Newmark’s John Arbuckle advised ICG.
With the acquisition, ICG’s European Infrastructure team will support RCA’s continued growth, expanding airport, cargo and executive aviation operations following a period of strong performance. Newmark provided expert advice on non-aeronautical revenue and provided property due diligence services to support the transaction.
Ludovic Laforge, Managing Director of Infrastructure Equity at ICG, said: “Collaborating with the Newmark team gave us the confidence to progress through the transaction with a clear understanding for the potential of the portfolio. Their insights directly informed our strategy and gave us a clear path forward.”
John Arbuckle, Partner & Head of Aviation at Newmark, said: “It was a pleasure working with ICG on what marks another successful transaction for the Newmark Aviation team. RCA has grown into one of the leading regional airport groups in the UK, and we are excited to see how the portfolio continues to thrive under ICG’s stewardship.”
The transaction reinforces Newmark’s position as a trusted advisor in aviation real estate, supporting strategic investments that shape the future of UK infrastructure.
