Zach Springer, vice chairman, works in multifamily investment sales focusing on the disposition of multifamily assets, client development, pricing strategies, marketing, as well as the negotiation and closing of transactions. Mr. Springer has been directly involved in over $5 billion in multifamily transactions since joining Newmark, covering all classes of multifamily properties. Mr. Springer received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from The University of Texas with a minor in business. He is an active supporter in non-profit organizations, including Yellowstone Academy, HOPE International, MIO Frontiers and West Houston Young Life.
