Zach Croake is a Director in Newmark’s St. Louis office and a member of the firm’s Central Region multifamily investment sales team. He specializes in advising private and institutional owners on the disposition of multifamily assets throughout Missouri, Illinois, and select Central U.S. markets.
Prior to joining Newmark, Croake was a member of the multifamily advisory team at MMG Real Estate Advisors, where he focused on the underwriting, marketing, prospecting, and execution of multifamily transactions across the Midwest.
Education
Croake graduated from the University of Kansas in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
