William Anderson serves as an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Boston office. Mr. Anderson focuses on representing tenants and landlords in sale and leasing transactions. Mr. Anderson joined Newmark in 2015 where he has been regularly recognized as a Top 100 Broker. Prior to Newmark he was an Executive Vice President in the Boston office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Top 100 producer for the firm. Previously, he served as a managing director for Beacon Properties and then Equity Office. During his 10-year tenure there, he was a member of the senior team responsible for leasing Equity’s 13 million-square-foot portfolio. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Anderson represented 30% of the Class A properties in Boston. With his team, Mr. Anderson has represented some of Boston’s most prestigious tenant and over 65% of the Class A office supply in Boston.
