Will Thomas joined Newmark’s Emeryville (now Oakland) office in 2012. Will has successfully closed a broad array of transactions representing, Property Owners, Landlords, Tenants, Investors, and Owner/Users. From 2012 – 2017, Will specialized in the selling and leasing of industrial properties in the East Bay. In 2018 Will transitioned to the Multi-family division representing Property Owners and Investors to provide superior results to his clients.
Prior to joining Newmark, Will worked in Grubb & Ellis’ Oakland office. Will began his real estate career at Pearson Commercial in Fresno in 2006.
