William Sleeper is a Associate Director with Newmark’s Boston-based Capital Markets Group, one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales teams, specializing in the underwriting and sale of investment-grade office, life science, and industrial properties. Throughout the course of his five-year career, Sleeper has underwritten and closed over $10 billion of commercial real estate transactions nationwide, focusing primarily on the Boston/New England region. Sleeper started his career at Colony Capital as a member of the portfolio management team, working on acquisitions and dispositions of office, medical office, and industrial assets throughout the United States.
