Viktoria Zitzmann is a Director in Newmark’s Munich office. She supports occupiers in developing real estate solutions, guiding them through the entire process - from finding new spaces to negotiating rental terms - while also optimizing existing lease agreements. Additionally, she contributes to expanding Newmark’s corporate business in Germany.
Zitzmann brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Until 2017, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a tenant representation agent, advising clients on securing new office spaces and renegotiating lease contracts in the Munich market.
Zitzmann was part of the Global Occupier Department from 2017 to 2018, serving as an Account and Transaction Manager. In this role, she managed portfolios and transactions for clients across various industries both in Germany and internationally. Acting as a single point of contact, she provided a comprehensive range of services, including strategic consulting, transaction management, and valuation services across clients’ freehold and leasehold portfolios. She also coordinated agency teams and ensured the seamless execution of instructions.
In 2019, Zitzmann transitioned back to the Office Agency as a Tenant Representative. In 2020, she joined Knight Frank, playing a key role in developing the International Occupier Services (IOS) team across Germany. As a Key Account Manager, she focused on supporting German clients with global operations. In parallel, she has continued to represent both landlords and tenants in the Munich market, providing expert advisory and negotiation services.
