Vianney d’Ersu, currently serving as the Co-Head of Retail Leasing at Newmark France, brings a wealth of experience to the industry. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, d’Ersu possesses in-depth knowledge of the retail real estate market, particularly in Paris. His skills extend to providing strategic advice to brands and landlords, conducting rental evaluations or offering assistance in complex building restructuring operations that include retail.
In his prior role as the Deputy Director of Retail Leasing at Knight Frank France, he successfully developed and led a new team focused on high street retail in Paris and major provincial metropolises. Before Knight Frank, d’Ersu held the position of Partner at Draco Partners.
