Tyler McGrail is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Capital Markets team in Boston, one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales platforms. McGrail and his team lead the sale, recapitalization and strategic advisory of industrial, manufacturing and logistics real estate.. Additionally, McGrail and team advise on energy, digital infrastructure and other mission-critical infrastructure assignments.
Throughout his career, McGrail and his team have advised institutional owners, developers, operators and capital partners on some of the region’s most notable and complex industrial transactions, applying deep market knowledge and a highly collaborative, execution-focused approach.
McGrail began his career on the suburban leasing team at Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office before joining Newmark in 2015. From 2015 to 2025, he and his team completed more than $10 billion in transaction volume representing over 50 million square feet, building deep institutional expertise across Greater Boston’s commercial markets.
McGrail is a multiple-time recipient of the Commercial Broker Association’s Deal of the Year Award across several asset classes and a consistent CoStar Power Broker Award winner.
