Travis Prewett, MAI, CCIM currently serves as a Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Mobile, Alabama office. With more than 18 years of experience, Prewett’s focuses on the valuation of commercial real estate properties across Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
Prewett’s experience spans a variety of asset types. He has recently focused on the valuation of land, office, retail, and industrial properties. These valuations have included CBD, suburban, and medical office properties; neighborhood and community shopping centers; and warehouse, manufacturing, and flex industrial properties. His expertise also extends to mixed-use developments; single-tenant, net-leased assets; multifamily; subdivisions; raw land and development sites; and ground leases.

Education
Prewett graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in Finance from Auburn University. He also completed the certificate program for Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
