Tom Guinan currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Rutherford, New Jersey office, valuing assets throughout New Jersey and New York. Guinan has extensive expertise with a wide variety of complex commercial real estate appraisal assignments. He specializes in the valuation of multifamily and industrial properties, including existing and proposed developments. His experience also includes mixed-use, condominium, retail, office, and vacant land.

Education
Guinan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Manhattanville College with a concentration in marketing. More recently, he has successfully completed numerous real estate and related courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute.
