Tara Lang

Tara Lang is based in Newmark’s New York headquarters, where she specializes in both tenant and landlord representation.

She recently helped secure a new flagship location for Hourglass Cosmetics at 14 Prince Street in Nolita and actively works with leading brands including Gap Inc., Signet Jewelers, and Arc’teryx. On the ownership side, Lang currently represents Cara Investment GmbH at 0 Bond Street and Blackstone/L3 Capital at 72-76 Greene Street.

Since joining Newmark in 2022, Lang has served as a trusted advisor to her clients, providing in-depth market research, strategic analysis, and real-time leasing updates. She also oversees branding and marketing campaigns from concept to execution—bringing a strong command of the market to every stage of the process.

Lang is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
