Tan Si Ying, MSISV currently serves as an Assistant Manager for Newmark - Singapore, Valuation & Advisory (V&A) division.
Si Ying has over 7 years of real estate valuation experience in valuation work, including conducting valuation for residential, commercial and industrial properties for diverse clients such as financial institutions, corporate entities and statutory organizations.
Prior to joining Newmark, Si Ying worked for more than 6 years with Cushman & Wakefield and its affiliated entity. She is responsible for both perform and oversee valuation tasks, ensuring that quality assurance protocols are consistently met throughout the process. Through her expertise, she guarantees that each assignment is completed efficiently and in full cosmpliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
