Steve Williamson

Steve Williamson serves as a Managing Director for Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance UK & EMEA Capital Markets team in London. Known as one of the most experienced debt advisory veterans in the United Kingdom, he uses his extensive industry experience and expertise to advise a diverse group of institutions and real estate companies.

Williamson previously served as Chairman, Debt & Structured Finance for CBRE where he led debt origination for the UK and EMEA, working on some of the largest, most complex and iconic transactions. Prior to CBRE, Williamson spent over 25 years in the banking and finance industries as an market-leading real estate lending and debt professional, most recently as the Head of UK Debt Origination for Deutsche Bank in London.
