Stefanie Teo curently serves as a Senior Director, Head of Mortgage Services for Newmark - Singapore, Valuation & Advisory (V&A) division.
Stefanie brings over 20 years of experience in real estate valuation and team leadership. Since commencing her real estate career, Stefanie has garnered expertise across various sectors within the industry and has demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills. Stefanie serves financial institutions, statutory bodies, corporate clients, listed companies, property agents, developers as well as law firms and audit companies across Singapore.
Prior to joining Newmark, Stefanie was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, leading the Mortgage Services function, which includes pitching and winning assignments for the team, conducting valuation assessment and preparing valuation reports. Stefanie oversees and assures the smooth operation and administration within the team and ensures the team adhere to the standard of ethics and due diligence required.
