Stefan Burch currently serves as the Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Middle East Valuation & Advisory practice, responsible for establishing the Dubai office. A 20-year corporate real estate professional, Burch has substantial expertise across all markets in the Middle East. Burch has led large multi-disciplinary teams providing Real Estate Development, Asset Management, Real Estate Valuation and Hospitality & Leisure services.
Experience has been gained carrying out valuation assignments covering key real estate sectors and providing development advice on mixed use schemes for a range of clients including government related entities, corporate developers and family groups.
In doing so, Burch has provided market due diligence, financial feasibility assessments, highest and best use analysis and investment strategies to key public and private clients across the Middle East.
Burch came to Newmark after running the Deloitte Middle East real estate practice. Prior to his time at Deloitte, Burch established and ran the Knight Frank business in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for 10 years where he focused on advisory mandates for both public sector and private sector clients.
Burch is a London trained Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
