With more than a decade of experience spanning design, project management, and civic leadership, Staci Chivetta brings both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to the Development Management team.
With a Master’s in Interior Architecture from Kansas State University, Chivetta began her career as an interior designer at a traditional architecture firm before moving into the furniture industry. At a prominent dealership, she discovered her knack for process and logistics, transitioning from designer and space planner into a project management role where she led education market projects across the region. That foundation led her to Dimensional Innovations, where she oversaw complex, multimillion-dollar projects and large cross-disciplinary teams, and most recently to the architectural products industry, coordinating directly with contractors, architects, and manufacturers to integrate specialty systems into commercial construction projects.
Beyond her professional career, Chivetta serves her community as a City Councilmember in Merriam, Kansas, where she provides oversight of an $80M municipal budget and championed initiatives in infrastructure, sustainability, and public art.
She is NCIDQ certified and has been an active leader in the Kansas City design community, serving on boards and committees with AIA Kansas City and the City of Merriam.
