Shipley Hall is an Executive Managing Director at Newmark, based in the firm’s Miami office, where he helps lead the continued expansion of Newmark’s office advisory business across Florida and the broader Southeast. He brings more than two decades of institutional experience across leasing, investment and advisory services, having overseen more than $4 billion in transactions involving over 7 million square feet of office assets throughout Florida’s major markets.
Hall’s institutional experience, deep market knowledge, and long-standing industry relationships enable him to consistently outperform market economics for his clients. His expertise spans capital markets, landlord representation, tenant representation, asset management, design and repositioning strategies.
Most recently, Hall served as Founder and Managing Partner of Swan Commercial Advisors, advising owners, occupiers and developers on complex assignments across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando. Prior to founding Swan, Hall held senior leadership roles at several real estate firms, including Parkway Properties and Cousins Properties, both publicly traded REITs. In those roles, he oversaw asset management, leasing, property operations and strategic planning across Florida portfolios, bringing a fully integrated ownership perspective to client advisory.
In addition to his professional achievements, Hall is an active community leader and passionate about giving back. His civic involvement includes serving on the Executive Committee of the University of Florida’s Real Estate Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He is also a past member of YPO, NAIOP’s Board of Directors and the March of Dimes Board.

Hall obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and has a CCIM designation.
