Sherry specializes in site selection including needs assessment, market intelligence, market surveys, location strategy, win-win negotiation tactics and investment analysis. Sherry is a highly respected and performance-driven commercial real estate professional having built her career on trust, integrity and long-term relationships, leading to steadfast results exceeding clients’ expectations. Sherry’s experience provides best in class knowledge of current market trends, property valuation and development opportunities delivering full-service commercial real estate brokerage solutions for retail, office, industrial, investment and land.
Sherry’s multifaceted background serves a long history of corporate experience to brokerage with eighteen years at Hewlett Packard in senior level management, development and program management. This experience allows her to gain valuable in-depth knowledge of her client’s business needs and practices that is not typically found among most real estate professionals.
Before joining Newmark, Sherry served as the Vice President of Retail & Office Group with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors where she was a consistent top producer. Prior to Coldwell, Sherry worked as the Director of Sales & Leasing with the Gardner Company.
