Mr. Kellenberger brings a wealth of corporate and startup experience to his real estate practice, having founded a successful start-up in 1993 and subsequently serving as one of IBM’s top target account representatives. This experience allows Mr. Kellenberger to offer clients an approach to facility acquisition/disposition and strategic planning that is from the user’s perspective.

Mr. Kellenberger received his degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he double majored in business economics and geography with a focus on international business.
