Seth McKinnon started in commercial real estate in 2003 and is currently a leader and partner in Newmark’s West Coast Capital Markets team. McKinnon has been involved in more than $4.5 billion of investment real estate transactions. He has focused solely on investment sales and structured equity within the Bay Area. McKinnon’s experience covers a wide range of deal sizes, from smaller suburban transactions for private clients to more than $180 million institutional transactions in the San Francisco CBD.
