Scott Schumacher is a Senior Managing Director in the South Bay office. A 28-year veteran of commercial real estate brokerage, Schumacher has participated in some of Southern California’s largest commercial investment sale transactions. He joined the investment team led by Kevin Shannon, president of West Coast Capital Markets, in 2002. Since then, he has been involved in over $20 billion in disposition assignments, including over 225 investment transactions consisting largely of suburban office, industrial and mixed-use assets. During this time, he was instrumental in coordinating the sale process for such assets as the Nissan North America Corporate Headquarters in Carson, CA; The Los Angeles World Trade Center; The SpaceX world headquarters in Hawthorne, CA; the 51-acre AES power plant redevelpment sale in Redondo Beach, CA; the 56-acre former Howard Hughes campus at Playa Vista, CA; and the 1.5 million-square-foot, multi-market Bank of America California Portfolio.

Education
Schumacher received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. While pursuing his degree, he attended the Institute of International Studies, located in Madrid, Spain.
