Scott A. Rand, MAI, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory as a First Vice President in 2018 when the firm acquired the Boston office of Integra Realty Resources.
Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1992, Scott currently focuses on major urban and suburban developments. He has completed valuations on a wide variety of asset types including, but not limited to, office, industrial, neighborhood and community shopping centers, multifamily, special use properties, and vacant land.
Scott’s special use assignments have involved the valuation of numerous institutional properties including several college campuses. Additionally, he has valued many investment-grade properties as part of national portfolio valuations.
