Basler currently serves as a Financial Analyst / Transaction Manager on the Investment Sales and Capital Markets team at Newmark Zimmer, where she assists with underwriting, financial analysis, valuations, and transaction coordination. She supports the preparation of offering materials, broker opinions of value, and marketing packages, maintains investor and comparable sales databases, and works closely with brokers to support informed investment decisions and transaction execution.
