Samantha Hallowell is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark’s Capital Markets Group, one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales teams, specializing
in the underwriting and sale of investment-grade office, industrial and mixed-use properties. Throughout the course of her seven-year career, Samantha has underwritten and closed over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Samantha started her career on the suburban leasing team at Richards Barry Joyce and Partners in 2009, gaining extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston commercial markets that enabled her to transition to a career in capital markets, holding positions at both JLL and Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining NMRK. Samantha resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
An active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), Ms. Hallowell sits on the Boston Market Council at ULI and is a tri-chair on the Emerging Leaders Committee at REFA.
Ms. Hallowell graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a pre-medical concentration. She spent her junior year studying abroad at the University of León in Spain. She also served as captain of the Holy Cross Division I Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team. She resides in Boston, Massachusetts, with her husband.
