Robert Tyler serves as Vice President of Property Management in the Company’s Houston office. Tyler oversees property operations across the Houston region, while also contributing to the firm’s growing healthcare property management capabilities, working closely with Newmark’s integrated service lines, including Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management and Consulting.

With more than a decade of experience leading property operations for high-profile assets across the Houston market, Tyler joins from JLL where he supervised team operations of landmark properties such as Life Science Plaza, 6400 Fannin, Fannin Tower and a national group of 16 Mobs spread across multiple markets throughout the U.S. Tyler also brings a strong Downtown High-Rise background from his six years spent with Brookfield’s Operations Team in Houston’s CBD; working on assets such as Two Allen Center and Heritage Plaza.

Education
Tyler holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, is a licensed real estate sales agent, and is a LEED Green Associate. He earned his B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Texas State University and attended Hawaii Pacific University.
