As President of Newmark’s Property Management services division, Richard Holden oversees nearly 150 million square feet of investment properties and facilities across the country. Holden ensures professional, competent management in all of Newmark’s markets and employs a continued focus on increasing efficiencies for operations and service for assets across the commercial real estate sector.
Prior to becoming the president of Newmark Property Management, Holden operated the West Coast of the United States as as Executive Vice President and Co-head of Property Management. Focusing on the West, Holden was responsible for overseeing the Property Management platform – with a focus primarily on speed, efficiency, and capability – in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2019, Holden held roles as an Executive Vice President at commercial real estate consulting firm, Davis Partners, for five and a half years, where he was responsible for significant growth of the company’s property management portfolio; and a partner at Woodmont Real Estate services for seven years.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark. Holden began his commercial real estate career at RREEF.
