Randy Bowles is an Associate Director in Newmark’s Chicago office. He specializes in end-to-end commercial real estate advisory and execution for a broad array of clients with local, regional and global real estate needs.
Bowles provides each of his clients, which range from start-ups to multinational corporations, with a strategic plan tailored to fulfill its overall strategic objective. His work ethic, integrity and tenacity ensure real estate outcomes that positively impact his clients’ productivity and profitability while maintaining the flexibility to compete long term in their marketplace.
Bowles joined Newmark in 2017 after 12 years with Colliers International, where he structured, negotiated and executed over $750 million in real estate transactions.
