Pierce works on behalf of many prominent landlords, including AMS Acquisitions, Atlas Capital Group, BD Hotels, DHA Capital, First Atlantic Capital, JDS Development Group, Nahla Capital, Property Markets Group, Rockpoint Group, Solow Building Company, Spruce Capital and Sumaida and + Khurana.
Pierce has successfully leased a number of projects on behalf of his landlord clients. These include 781 Fifth Avenue on behalf of The Sherry-Netherland to Delvaux, for its first U.S. flagship, and to ChoCheng; the Tadao Ando-designed 152 Elizabeth Street to Issey Miyake on behalf of Nahla Capital and Sumaida + Khurna; 42 Crosby Street to Hourglass Cosmetics, Greats and Modcloth; and 436 West 15th Street to Provocateur. Most recently, Pierce finished leasing 412 West 15th Street on behalf of Rockpoint Group to Nusr-Et.
Pierce’s roster of tenant clients is also impressive and includes e-commerce and international brands leasing their first U.S. or New York City stores. Recent transactions include the leasing of 211 Columbus Avenue to Madewell: 24 Prince Street on behalf of Rothy’s; 10 Prince Street on behalf of Amour Vert; transactions in Chicago, Illinois, and Boston, Massachusetts, on behalf of Brideside; and transactions in Greenwich, Connecticut, West Palm Beach, Florida, and Naples, Florida, on behalf of Peserico. Other tenants that Pierce represents include Adam Grooming, BLDWN, J. Crew and Madera Group.
Pierce joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. He joined RKF as a canvasser in 2015 and was quickly promoted to associate.
