Paulina Frasca joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as the Managing Director of Asset Management at the company’s Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania office. With 17 years of experience in Asset Management and Servicing Operations, Frasca brings strong knowledge and expertise to her role. Her extensive background spans across multiple groups within servicing and asset management, showcasing her ability to manage both onshore and offshore platforms effectively.
Throughout her career in Real Estate, Frasca has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, particularly in Process Improvement and Project Management. She has critical thinking skills, practical knowledge, strong background in collateral monitoring and surveillance with many portfolio types including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, Life Company, and HUD.
In her current role, Frasca oversees various asset management groups, including Property Inspections, Reserve Administration, Payoffs, Satisfactions, and Letters of Credit across all portfolio types. She is responsible for reviewing and approving Loan Payoffs and Borrower Reserve Reimbursements. Additionally, she specializes in analytical tasks related to special reserve requests, with an emphasis on reserve extensions and modifications.
Frasca is also an active participant in project innovation, investor review discussions, and loan risk meetings. During her career she also attained additional exposure to residential real estate in Capital Markets. Within residential real estate Frasca assisted with agency deliveries into Secondary Market to reduce the corporate balance sheet and minimize deal fallouts.
