Paul Wojdyla is a Managing Director with more than 30 years of building experience, including base building construction, renovation, tenant improvement and pre-construction consulting. He is responsible for providing project management services for a wide variety of local and national clients. This includes coordinating the delivery of services with clients to ensure accurate and timely execution of the project process on budget. During his career, Mr. Wojdyla has delivered excellent project and construction management services on over 10 million square feet of tenant improvements and over $500 million in base building and building renovation projects. Mr. Wojdyla is a highly experienced, well respected senior project manager specializing in tenant improvements with strong relationships throughout the construction and architecture industries.
Mr. Wojdyla’s client experience includes Draper & Kramer, ION Trading, MC Machinery Systems’, GATX Corporation, DeVry, Panasonic Midwest, First Boston, Continental Bank, and Latham & Watkins, several of which were headquarters assignments. Specific project experience includes: GATX’s Chicago headquarters relocation to Willis Tower, DeVry’s downtown Chicago relocation, Panasonic Midwest Headquarters relocation, a new Chicago office for First Boston, the relocation of Continental Bank in downtown Chicago, and the relocation of Latham & Watkins. Other recent projects include: 61 E. Banks, a 58 unit luxury apartment building on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago for Draper & Kramer, one of several projects completed over the past five years; ION Trading’s Chicago and Tulsa office relocations; the relocation of MC Machinery Systems’ national headquarters to Elk Grove Village; Kenall Manufacturing’s relocation to Kenosha, Wisconsin; and Kenosha’s New Municipal Building assignment.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2011, Mr. Wojdyla was a project executive at Lend Lease (formerly Bovis Lend Lease), where he managed several projects for BP. This included the development of 250,000 square feet of office space which encompassed a 36,000-square-foot trading floor at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Mr. Wojdyla spent the first 15 years of his carrer at LaSalle Partners (now JLL) prior to its spin off to Clune Construction.
