Patryk Dybek joined Newmark in 2022 as a Consultant in Global Strategy and Consulting Team. Dybek is responsible for conducting research, forecasts and analysis for location strategy projects. He is also a lead of the AI Committee at Newmark. Dybek is based in the firm’s Global Consulting Services in Warsaw, Poland. His main professional background is strongly connected with consulting, working day-to-day with financial institutions and the energy sector. He was also involved in public and infrastructural projects on four different continents.
Before Newmark, Dybek worked as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group mainly focused on EMEA banking sector. As a part of the Strategy Team in PwC Poland, Dybek worked on projects associated with the energy sector in Poland (EV market, feasibility study for PV and wind farms). Dybek is also continuing his academic career at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he is a PhD candidate within the Banking and Macroeconomics sector. Dybek joined the CIMA organization in 2017 and he is currently in the process of completing DMA level.

Dybek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he earned a master’s degree in finance and management accounting. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from SGH. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Finance at SGH.
