Murphys’ expertise lies in his comprehensive valuation of various types of senior living facilities. It is grounded in the completion of numerous real estate and going concern appraisals for a wide range of senior housing and healthcare properties. Some of which include assisted living facilities, independent living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
Prior to joining Newmark, Murphy worked at Gartner, which is a research and consulting firm that gives objective IT insight to executives and their teams. While at Gartner, he worked as a team lead and participated in a financial transformation that brought automation throughout the company.
