Patrick Adams currently serves as a First Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Washington, D.C. office. Adams specializes in the valuation of industrial and office assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and serves as a member of the Industrial & Logistics and Office specialty practices. Adams joined Newmark from JLL, where he most recently served as a Director of the Industrial & Logistics specialty practice.

Education
Adams earned a Master of Business Administration degree in real estate and finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing and management from University of Miami.
