Noelle Hsieh is an Associate Director in Newmark’s Houston, TX office. Her experience and expertise includes posturing acquisitions and dispositions, domestic and international site selection, lease analysis and negotiation, strategic planning of corporate real estate portfolios and project support for clients in a variety of industries. She is skilled at driving decisions in high-stress, fast-paced environments through effective communication with all parties. In many cases, Hsieh would participate in executive level meetings to review regional portfolios and assist in crafting both short-term and long-term strategies.
She has personally managed over 7.0 MSF of active projects across a variety of asset types throughout North, Central, and South America. In addition, Hsieh has handled 5 dispositions of corporate facilities. She has served as the regional leader for growing Latin America footprints with two global clients. She is committed to understanding her clients’ needs and creating optimal real estate strategies that further their unique business objectives.
