His work covers the full range of services, including the search for suitable spaces, lease negotiations, contract optimization, early lease terminations, and subletting strategies. Niklas began his career with an apprenticeship in Real Estate Management (Immobilienkaufmann, IHK/CCI) and gained practical experience at Cushman & Wakefield. He later worked as a Consultant at Knight Frank (2020–2025), expanding his expertise in client advisory and transaction management. He further strengthened his qualifications by completing the Bachelor Professional of Real Estate Management (Immobilienfachwirt, IHK/CCI) in 2022.
