Nick Revers is a Senior Financial Analyst with Newmark’s Boston-based Capital Markets Group, specializing in the underwriting and sale of office, life science, industrial, and medical properties in the Boston/New England region. Prior to joining Newmark, Nick began his career at Beacon Capital Partners in 2019 where we worked on acquisitions and dispositions of office and life science assets in several markets across Beacon’s portfolio. Throughout the course of his career, Nick has been involved in over $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions.

Nick graduated from Bowdoin College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
