Nick Masinter joined Open Realty Advisors in 2015. Nick’s primary focus is on Open Realty’s Landlord Advisory business, including Henderson Avenue in Dallas, Legacy West in Plano and Music Lane in Austin, among others. Masinter also plays a role in market analysis, site selection, design and deal negotiation across the teams development portfolio.
Prior to working at Open, Masinter was part of a leading retail tenant representation team at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City and also spent several years working in retail advisory at The Retail Connection in Dallas.
Education
Masinter graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with a BA in Consumer Economics.
