Nevardo Arguello is Executive Managing Director, Americas within Global Corporate Services (GCS) at Newmark. In this role, Nevardo is accountable for delivering world-class, comprehensive real estate solutions to GCS clients, and enabling an empowered and highly skilled workforce throughout Latin America. His responsibilities include overseeing the regional platform team to ensure a fully integrated Facilities Management, Project Management, and Transaction Services offering that can be tailored to the unique needs and strategies of Newmark’s occupier clients, while implementing transformational change and other strategic initiatives within the region.
Prior to coming to Newmark, Nevardo was the Division President for Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Latin America at CBRE, where he successfully led the integration of the former CBRE GCS and JCI GWS businesses, creating the pre-eminent corporate real estate services business in Latin America. There, Nevardo was a member of the GWS Americas Executive Committee and was the Executive Sponsor of the Latin America Women’s Network Group.
In his previous role, Nevardo was Chief Operating Officer for Latin America, responsible for the development and execution of the overall strategy and operations management of the entire region. He was also selected to be the first Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer for Latin America, where he developed and implemented the standards & policies that govern how business was done throughout the region.
Nevardo began his career at UBS Financial Services where he held several positions with progressive responsibility, the latest being Vice President of Finance of the West Division that accounted for one-third of the overall US business.
