Nancy Morse, CCIM, MCR, SIOR, serves as a senior managing director at Newmark. Ms. Morse provides account management, transaction management and portfolio strategy services for Fortune 500 and private sector companies. Her mechanical engineering background and extensive commercial real estate experience provide her clients with unique knowledge, perspective and awareness of the dynamics in the technology markets throughout the United States and globally, leading them to the best real estate solutions.
Tenacious and dedicated, whether working with a startup looking for its first facility or a global client looking for its workplace strategy, Ms. Morse guides her clients seamlessly through the process. She is an excellent multitasker and has the ability to achieve her clients’ goals and project deadlines. Additional areas of expertise include: multiple service line and multimarket account management; portfolio strategy; lease restructures; corporate consolidations; relocations; sales, from owner-user buildings to multi-building headquarter facilities; and large parcels of land.
Ms. Morse joined the firm after 21 successful years with Grubb & Ellis. Since then, she has consistently ranked among the top producers in both the San Jose office and nationally.
