Nancy A. Watson joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2020 and currently serves as a Valuation Associate in the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. Nancy brings to her position over 14 years of valuation experience that applies to all elements of value: real estate, equipment and intangible assets.
Nancy transitioned to Newmark Valuation & Advisory upon its acquisition of Hopkins Appraisal Services, a national leader which specialized in the valuation of retail petroleum facilities (gas stations, convenience stores, service stations, truck stops, bulk storage facilities, card locks, express lube facilities, car washes, etc.) and restaurants. Nancy’s current concentration is in the valuation of restaurants and retail petroleum facilities.
Since beginning her career in 2007, Nancy has completed in excess of a thousand appraisals in eight east coast states, with a geographical focus primarily in South Florida. Nancy’s clients have included real estate leaders, enterprise lenders, franchisees and operators.

Education
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. More recently, Nancy has successfully completed numerous real estate related courses and seminars under the continuing education requirements of the State of Florida and the Appraisal Institute.
