Minsung Kim is an Associate Director in the Industrial & Logistics team in Newmark’s Korea office, specializing in industrial real estate advisory and transaction services, supporting domestic corporations across acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
Before joining Newmark, he worked at a real estate advisory firm focusing on industrial properties, serving major Korean manufacturing and logistics companies.
His experience includes managing transactions involving factories, logistics centers, and land, as well as providing Broker’s Opinion Value and strategic solutions from planning through deal execution. He delivers user-focused advisory services aimed at achieving clients’ business objectives efficiently and effectively.

Minsung earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Sejong University.
